We absolutely love this ramen place ! Wonderful staff ! Great food! This is our go to Ramen spot !

Love this place. Been coming here for a few years. The food is always good and the service is always good. I would recommend this place to someone that has never had ramen and maybe after something more traditional.

The spicy ramen had the perfect kick!

This place is worth trying. They serve large portions for reasonable prices. Consistently well organized and with awesome vibes. Highly recommended.

The ramen here is one of the best!! I have not found a place with the quality of noodles and broth like Ajisen. They have a very wide selection and something for everyone. I have not tried a soup here I did not like. My favorite if you like spicy food is the Spicy Beef Ramen!

Warm greeting here, host was nice enough to squeeze us in last minute. Food was bomb as always.

Awesome place as the others locations are...it's pretty consistent with the great service and taste......perfect spot for quick lunch break as they serve your orders pretty quickly..

I love the Ramen here and have been coming here for the past 10 years. Quality is still the same and good. However, the prices have gone up by $2-3.

It was good but it could be better. I ate Japanese food before in many places for this reason, I give them 4 stars.

Tasty place for ramen. The waitress was super pretty and very helpful making sure I was taken care of . Vegetarian options were available and the drinks were great. The place was also packed full when I went and it didn't slow down the whole time I was there.

So legit you will probably make a mess is you've never used chopsticks - the tomato udon chicken came with a spoon so big and deep I should've YouTube-d how to use it. The food was good and the staff was polite. There is usually a wait here but we beat the noon rush so we didn't have to wait more than 5min. WARNING- There is parking available since this place shares the lot with the H Mart. BUT pedestrians can be tough obstacles to navigate because there's a lot of people coming and going from all directions. I would definitely come here again but I'd spend some time watching other people to learn how to eat the food - like I said the spoon is huge, the bowl is deep, the mango juice drink was filled to the brim....

Really great ramen 🍜. The service was fast. Bordering on rude when they asked me for the fourth time if I was ready to eat after sitting down for 10 minutes. They’re just really quick. Great selection of drinks and food.

Friendly staff, quick service lots of food options to choose from the menu. There are also kids meal options as well. Parking can be tough on weekends.

I love Ajisen Ramen. Best Ramen ever! Recommend the #53 Premium Pork is so yummy & the broth is so creamy and smooth! Usually has a mild wait, but due to efficient service it goes fast. Love stopping at one in Irvine on way home from Disneyland, but was so excited when one was opened in my hometown last year. Awesome!!!

Felt like back in China, the Sortiment and the soup of the ramen was way better than in China. The service was very friendly and the waiting time is very short. They had also some various sea fruits, felt like coming home again.

The food was just ok. Nothing really stands out or exceptional. The dragon roll was too mushy and saucy for my taste.

Favorite ramen place in the area. Good variety. Prices aren't half bad. Great 2 for 1 drinks if you check in on Yelp.

I don’t usually write bad reviews but needed to warn about this one. Ordered the gyoza, #50 and the Shoyu Ramen. I had to send the food back because of the lack of quality of the dishes. I ate a bite of the meat and it had a rotten taste to it. Would not recommend. Spent $30 and was very not pleased.

Enjoyed the overall experience. Had a great Ramen Beef meal. The establishment is surprisingly spacious considering the way it looks from outside. I thought it was kinda cool and interesting to eat at a table with random people who were not part of the My group. I don't know if that's something that is done all the time or when it's a full house. Met random people and had an overall good time. One of the best ramen place in south orange county. Gyoza and dragon roll are fresh and cooked very well. Service is fast and staff are courteous and kind

Amazing ramen, brings me back to when I was in Okinawa. Very traditional and delicious. Recommend for any occasion, first date, parents in town, having with friends, holidays or just depressed and need pickup, they will make you feel good.

This spot knows how to take care of their customers. Always with a super friendly demeanor. The food is reasonably priced, regularly yummy and clean.

Nice variety of ramen dishes. Tasty offerings. Choices of ramen or udon noodles with many different soup stocks. Parking in Diamond Jamboree can be a challenge. Place is very popular; expect a wait at dinner time, 30-60 minutes, especially Fridays and weekends.

Got fried tofu, curry beef udon, ABC ramen, honey milk tea, and passion fruit lychee soda. Everything was delicious and will definitely be coming back.

Good Japanese ramen and other Japanese food. Good place for variety of Asian styled cold drinks. I like their eel rice and BBQ fried rice besides their ramens.

I love Ajisen Ramen! I got the spicy beef ramen bowl, as well as some baby octopus as an appetizer. Foods great, service even more so, and being in that Diamond Jamboree plaza is just such a great time! If you don't mind slurping soup with a first date, this is the PERFECT date spot! Good food and high energy!

Absolutely delicious. Great service and good food. I had the bbq pork ramen. It was perfectly seasoned and served piping hot. The restaurant is clean and has a nice ambience for a quick and tasty meal. We did not try the desserts but maybe next time.

Great restaurant with a lovely vibe. Although there's essentially one main vegetarian option, it was very tasty and would return to have it again! The Bao buns are a lovely accompaniment to the meal too.

Amazing ramen at an affordable price. Personally, I ordered the ABC (Ajisen Best Combo Ramen, #31) with a whole egg and spicy beef soup base. The total was $16.05.The ramen tasted amazing. The flavors were rich and the broth was just the right level of saltiness. The bowl was filled with delicious contents that made the menu picture unjustifiable for what it was.My only complaint is that my brother (who ordered the exact same thing) got less broth then me (even though we paid the same price).

We had lunch at Ajisen Ramen during our OC Trip. It was really good to have a good ramen that chilly day. The place is very nice and friendly.

Better and more varied menu than most other Ajisens. This chain is usually a 3-star place, but this particular location is a 4 for value, taste, and menu variety
